1. About the 5Brains™ Pulse

The 5Brains™ Pulse is an educational reflection tool developed and owned by Shenae Munro and administered by PRO HR CONSULTING PTY LTD (ABN 73 636 507 009), trading as Executive Performance Partners.

It is designed to help adults reflect on which modes of thinking may be more prominent for them at a particular moment.

2. Not an assessment or diagnosis

The 5Brains™ Pulse is not:

• a personality test;
• a validated psychometric assessment;
• a psychological, clinical or medical assessment;
• a diagnostic instrument;
• professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice; or
• a measure of intelligence, ability, character, suitability or future performance.

Results are generated from your self-reported responses. They are a point-in-time reflection and may change according to your circumstances, context, interpretation and choices. No result is inherently good, bad, fixed or definitive.

3. Appropriate use

The Pulse and its results are intended for personal reflection, learning and development. Results must not be used alone, or represented as suitable, for recruitment, selection, promotion, disciplinary action, performance management, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment or another medical, employment-related or high-stakes decision.

If professional psychological, medical, workplace or other advice is required, seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Your participation

You must be 18 or over to use this version of the Pulse. Please answer according to what feels accurate for you now, rather than what you believe an ideal response should be. You are responsible for deciding how, and whether, to act on the educational information provided.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care in developing and operating the Pulse. However, results depend on the answers supplied and no guarantee is made that the site, score, interpretation or emailed report will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every individual or purpose. Email delivery can also be affected by incorrect addresses, spam filters and third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

6. Partner branding

The Epilepsy Queensland Advocacy Partner branding acknowledges an advocacy relationship. Epilepsy Queensland does not administer, score or clinically validate the 5Brains™ Pulse and does not receive participant information through this tool unless that is expressly disclosed and separately authorised.

The appearance of partner branding does not change the educational, non-clinical nature of the Pulse.

Brainlish™, 5Brains™ and the original written, visual and educational content of the Pulse are owned by Shenae Munro unless otherwise stated. Executive Performance Partners and Epilepsy Queensland names, logos and other third-party material remain associated with their respective owners.

You may view, download and share your own personal results for private, educational and professional-development purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, extract, sell, license, publish, reverse-engineer or create a competing or derivative assessment from the questions, scoring, framework, characters, graphics or report without Shenae Munro’s prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Brainlish Bunch marketing consent is optional and separate from participation in the Pulse.

9. Changes

The Pulse and these terms may be updated from time to time. The version published when you use the site applies to that use.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in them limits rights available under applicable Australian law.
